Before clearing storage or uninstalling: export any case packages or evidence files you need to keep. The app is offline-first and does not have a server copy of your work.

Email andyinvestizo@gmail.com. Include:

  • the app title or package ID;
  • your Android version and device model;
  • the screen or workflow affected;
  • steps that reproduce the issue;
  • a screenshot with sensitive vessel or personal data removed.

Do not email confidential vessel records, identity documents, payment details, or unredacted evidence files.

Offline data and upgrades

Calculations, cases, vessels, bunker operations, and attachments are kept on the device. A normal Google Play update is designed to preserve existing Bunker Stem data. If expected data is missing after an update, stop before clearing storage or uninstalling and contact support.

Export, import, and sharing

  1. Open the case or evidence workflow you want to transfer.
  2. Prepare the package or PDF and review the result.
  3. Choose Share or Export, then select a destination in Android.
  4. For an imported package, confirm that the case and linked vessel revision are the expected ones before using them.

If no destination appears, verify that a compatible file, mail, or storage app is installed and enabled on the device.

Camera, location, biometrics, and notifications

These permissions are optional and requested only when the related feature is used. You can review or change them in Android Settings under Apps → MetaCAD Pocket → Permissions. Core calculations and local cases remain available when optional permissions are denied.

Calculation and operational limitations

MetaCAD Pocket exposes formulas, inputs, units, assumptions, and advisory warnings where applicable. It is a decision-support tool, not a class-approved loading computer and not a replacement for vessel procedures, approved instruments, or professional judgement. Verify all operational inputs before use.
