What to include

Your SunStem app version, device model and iOS version.
Whether you are using Manual, Simulation, Victron BLE or Open-Meteo/CoreML forecast inputs.
Any exported validation packet you choose to share.

Do not send secrets

Do not send Victron AES keys, VRM tokens, payment details, private contact lists or provisioning files. SunStem evidence exports are designed to exclude device secrets.

Safety boundary

SunStem provides planning estimates and read-only evidence exports. It does not certify electrical installations and does not control chargers, inverters or BMS hardware.
