Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. The current VetCore build supports local use without a forced account. On first launch, you can choose Add later to inspect the app before creating a pet profile.
Where are my records stored?
VetCore stores pet profiles, records, source files, photos, reminder preferences and exports locally on your device unless you choose to share or export them.
How do I export records?
Use the in-app export and share actions for the local vault, passport, visit packets and other owner-held handoff files. Exports are created on device.
Can VetCore diagnose my pet?
No. VetCore is not a veterinarian and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, dose, triage emergencies or replace professional veterinary care. Use it to organize records and prepare questions for your veterinarian.
How do I delete local data?
Use the in-app Settings and Local Data tools to export, restore or remove local records. iOS can also remove app data if you delete the app from the device.
Emergency care
If your pet may need urgent care, contact a veterinarian, emergency clinic or local emergency service. VetCore can organize records, but it does not provide emergency medical decisions.
