Include your Tablo version, iOS version, iPhone or iPad model, the action you attempted, and the exact error message. Do not email confidential documents, statements, receipts, or unredacted personal data.
Table recognition
For a cleaner result, keep the page flat, include all table edges, avoid glare, and review recognized cells before export. Complex merged cells, handwriting, low contrast, or curved pages may need correction.
XLSX and CSV export
Open the recognized table, review the rows and columns, choose the export action, and select XLSX or CSV. The destination selected in the iOS share sheet controls where the exported file is stored.
Purchases
Pro purchases are processed by Apple. Use the restore-purchases action in Tablo when a previous entitlement is not visible on the same Apple Account.
Privacy
Read the Tablo Privacy Policy. The support channel does not provide a document-upload service.
